The objective of this course is to provide basic instruction on how to successfully de-escalate an individual who is angry or upset and whose behaviour is becoming inappropriate for the workplace.

University of Waterloo employees who are managing people in some degree of crisis (E.g., anxious students, upset customers, people having a tough day).

Registration
